Robert’s comprehensive knowledge of the industry makes him an ideal builder and leader, well sought after by both clients and developers.

Over the years, Robert has developed many of his own projects and knows what makes for a successful development. He generously shared this wisdom with all clients.

Robert is an appalling fisherman yet loves anything soccer. When not on the building site, you’ll find him madly supporting Melbourne Victory and Barcelona FC.

Grant is a great asset to our firm.

Having a natural aptitude for organisation, being a fully qualified builder and carpenter, and with numerous years in construction management, Grant approaches each task with clear and concise approach.

Grant applies his expertise and absolute thoroughness to all IDEA’s projects, making sure all clients’ and company’s expectations are fully met. Outside of work, you’ll find Grant catching up with his family, working out in the gym and fully enjoying the broad range of water sports.

Scott is a fully-qualified carpenter with an exceptional work ethic and commitment to quality. His calm nature and ability to think outside the square are highly valued by clients, subcontractors, and suppliers alike.

Scott will be your first point of contact for all his assigned contracts.

In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his young family and works out at the gym.

Vedran is a fully-qualified tradesman with extensive knowledge across all areas of construction. Having several years of experience working on high-end market homes in Melbourne, Vedran’s eye for detail, demand for quality, and excellent problem-solving skills make him extremely respected with both trades and clients.

Vedran is a passionate basketball coach, loves cooking, and will never miss a camping adventure opportunity.

Jack is a fully-qualified carpenter with years of experience in managing diverse projects, including high volume building, new homes and medium density town-housing construction.rnrnWith a combination of diverse technical skills, and a down-to-earth, pragmatic and straightforward approach, Jack runs all sites efficiently, on time and on budget.

Jack is a keen golfer, and enjoys catching up with friends and family, heading back to the family country farm at every opportunity.

Alica manages all administration processes, day-to-day running of the office, as well as invoicing and payroll. Her excellent organisational skills and passion for helping others ensures the smooth operations of company’s office.

Alica’s spare time is all spent outdoors, either gardening, walking or exercising.
