As a fully qualified builder and carpenter with extensive construction management experience, Grant brings strong organisational capability, structure and broad practical knowledge to every project. With a clear and considered approach, Grant plays a key role in facilitating collaboration, providing ongoing guidance and maintaining clear communication between all parties throughout each stage of construction, regardless of project complexity.

As a registered builder and qualified carpenter, Ben brings strong technical knowledge and practical site experience to the IDEA Constructions team. Punctual, proactive and highly organised, Ben understands what it takes to keep projects progressing smoothly, safely and efficiently. He works closely with clients, trades and the wider project team, and serves as the primary point of contact across his projects.

Jack is a fully qualified carpenter with extensive experience delivering a diverse range of projects, including medium-density townhouse developments, new homes and commercial construction. With a calm, pragmatic and down-to-earth approach, combined with strong technical expertise, Jack manages his sites efficiently, ensuring projects progress smoothly and are delivered on time and within budget.

Combining his Construction Management studies with hands-on exposure across residential and multi-unit development sites, Maxwell is building strong practical knowledge in a construction administration role. His growing experience in quoting, take-offs and purchasing, along with an understanding of project requirements, enables him to provide valuable support to the management, estimating and construction supervision teams.

Working alongside IDEA Constructions’ experienced Site Supervisors and Construction Manager, Luka is developing a strong foundation in the construction industry. With a genuine interest in the full building lifecycle, he combines his Construction Management studies with hands-on involvement in quoting, take-offs and purchasing. Through this practical experience, Luka is gaining valuable insight into how detailed planning, coordination and procurement contribute to efficient project delivery and successful outcomes.
