Waste management starts from the first day on site and continues throughout construction. Each project operates under a tailored recycling and disposal plan that prioritises sorting, repurposing and reducing waste before it reaches landfill.
Our approach to waste minimisation includes recycling key materials such as timber, masonry, concrete and metals, carefully sorting paper, cardboard and plastics, and reusing offcuts to significantly reduce the amount of general waste sent to landfill.
Asbestos and hazardous materials are always removed by certified removalists, and disposed strictly in accordance with WorkSafe Victoria and EPA regulations. This ensures full compliance and the safety of all site workers, neighbours, and the surrounding environment. To strengthen this commitment, we work with licensed recycling partners such as JumboCorp, who uphold our sustainability standards and support Australia’s circular economy.
