We then present our Draft Quote, followed by the Contract. This contract is always based on realistic expectations.

We provide certainty of delivery by allowing a sensible timeframe and achievable budget.

Your site preparation begins followed by all standard building phases; Base, Frame, Lockup & Fix. All work is undertaken by our expert team of qualified and experienced tradespeople. There are no shortcuts to our process.

We emphasise a clear and continuous dialogue with all parties involved. This includes suppliers, trades, managers and you, the client.

At all times you’ll be consulted throughout construction. Any changes required will be discussed and require your confirmation, via your online Client Interactive Selections Portal.

At the Pre-Handover Meeting we will arrange the walk-throughs and provide you all compliancy paperwork.

After we hand you the keys, there is a 3-month maintenance period window if anything requires tweaking.
