Approaching retirement, our clients wanted to have a property that was smaller and easier to manage.

Rather than moving out of their beloved family home, they decided to subdivide the existing large backyard and build behind the existing house.

The subdivision transformed it into a stylish and low maintenance custom-built family home in Melbourne, plus unit with a large open living/meals area, and a view of already established trees.
